摘要
某白酒酿造厂年产优质大曲酒12 000吨(65%原酒),该厂产生的黄水底锅水原采用"厌氧+好氧"工艺进行处理,难以满足标准要求。为达标排放,现对该废水处理工艺进行了改进,根据酿造废水中有机物浓度较高,氨氮浓度较低,可生化性较好的特点,选用两级预处理加两级厌氧处理,再加A/O工艺(厌氧水解—好氧)处理方法。两级厌氧处理分别采用UASB厌氧反应器和高效厌氧生物滤池。UASB厌氧处理工艺去除了大部分有机物,减轻了后续好氧处理工艺的处理压力,达到较好的处理效果。运行结果表明,经该工艺处理后,废水中的COD、BOD5等指标均能达标排放,有利于企业的可持续发展。
A white wine brewing factory produces 12 thousand tons of fine daqu liquor annually (65% base liquor). The yellow wastewater produced with the process of liquor making was once dealt with by the "anaerobic + aerobic" technique, however this technique could no longer meet the requirement of present standard, therefore improvements have to be done to the wastewater treatment process. Based on the features of high - concentration of organisms, low - concentration of Ammonia and Nitrogen as well as a fine biodegradability in wastewater of liquor making, two - grade pre - treatment and two - grade anaerobic treatment, with A/O process( anaerobic hydrolysis -oxygen)are developed. The two -grade anaerobic treatment adopts UASB reactor and highly efficient anaerobic biofiher respectively. UASB anaerobic treatment removes most part of the organisms, which reduces the pressure of the subsequent oxygenic process so that to reach a better treatment effect. The operation of such process shows a standardized emis- sion of COD, BOD5 and other indexes in wastewater, which can benefit sustainable development of an enterprise.
