摘要 针对大港油田部分油井出砂、结蜡严重,地层存在堵塞现象,同时部分油井因井况、出砂等原因无法使用常规酸化解堵技术的问题,引进了生物酶解堵技术。在对生物酶解堵剂的作用机理进行分析探讨后,采用不动管柱施工方法,在大港油田港西新7-6井组进行现场施工,受益油井取得显著的驱油解堵、增油上产效果。单井增油2300多吨,投入产出比达1∶3.47,且施工工艺简单,经济有效,具有推广价值。 Arming at serious sand production, wax precipitation, formation blockage phenomena in part wells in Dagang Oilfield, at the same time, well condition and sand production can not use conventional acidization broke down technology, biological enzyme broke down technology was introduced. After analyzing the mechanism of biological enzyme broke down agent, immobility limb method was used in Dagang Oilfield Gangxi 7-6 Well Group. Good effects of oil drive, broken down and oil increment are obtained, the oil increment in single well is more than 2300 t, input-output ratio is 1:3.47.
