摘要
研究氯化三丁基锡(TBT)对摇蚊幼虫的毒性作用,结果表明,TBT对红德永摇蚊幼虫(Tokunagayusurikaakamusi)48hLC50为285.4μg/L;TBT对羽摇蚊幼虫(Chironomusplumousus)24hLC50为16.6μg/L;10d中,TBT浓度为25μg/L时,红德永摇蚊幼虫的下唇板出现可观察到的畸变;4d中,TBT浓度为0.5μg/L时,羽摇蚊幼虫的下唇板出现可观察的畸变.TBT对红德永摇蚊幼虫四齿幼虫10d化蛹的EC50为9.96μg/L.
The toxicity of Tributyltin(TBT)to Chironomus larvae was studied.The results showed that the 48h LC 50 of TBT to Tokunagayusurika akamusi larvae was 285.4μg/L,the 24h LC 50 to Chironomus plumousus larvae was 16.6μg/L,the 10 days EC 50 of TBT to pupatoin of T.akamusi larvae was 9.96μg/L.In 10 days,at 25μg/L TBT,there was the deformity of mentum of T.akamusi larvae.In 4 days,at.0.5μg/L,there was the deformity of mentum of C.plumousus.
