摘要
目的建立喉镜入路相关结构的三维可视化模型,以供相关研究参考。方法选取第二套中国数字化人体数据集舌骨上缘至环状软骨下缘水平连续薄层断面图像。运用Photoshop7.0、Amira及Dextrobeam软件,分割重建该区域相关结构,建立喉镜入路相关结构的三维可视化模型。结果成功重建并显示了咽、喉、会厌软骨、甲状软骨、环状软骨、杓状软骨、舌骨、声带、动脉、静脉、环杓肌、咽缩肌、甲状舌骨肌等结构,形成三维立体模型,使其可以任意角度旋转、切割、观察。应用Dextrobeam软件建立三维立体模型并模拟喉镜入路对咽、喉、气管腔以外深层结构进行逐层显示。结论在此三维可视化模型基础上,可模拟喉镜深入喉腔,逐层显示周围相关结构,为喉镜下检查、喉外科手术操作提供形态学依据。
Objective To build a three-dimensional reconstruction and visoalization model of the structure which is relative to a fibrolaryngosope approach. Methods Cross-sectional images from the superior border of the hyoid bone to the inferior border of the cricoid cartilage were collected from the dataset of the second Chinese visible human. With the help of Photoshop, Amira and Dextrobeam softwares, a three-dimensional reconstruction model of the anatomic structures relative to a fibrolaryngoscope approach was established. Results The pharynx, larynx, epiglottic cartilage, thyroid cartilage, cricoid cartilage, arytenoid cartilage, hyoid bone, vocal cord, artery, and vein were successfully restructured and displayed. Conclusions On the basis of the three-dimensional model, the correlative structure can be displayed layer by layer; so the display these structures will guide the operative procedure by a fibrolaryngosope approach and provides morphologic data for pre-operafive practice and simulation.
