科技企业孵化器孵化服务的实证分析——来自江苏的问卷调查

An Empirical Research on Services of the Technology Business Incubator——Evidence from Jiangsu Province

将科技企业孵化器孵化服务分为五大类28个项目,并通过问卷调查收集服务项目的需求和供给信息,结果发现:现阶段孵化器核心孵化服务仍主要是场地租赁、政策咨询、注册和审批代理等常规服务;多数孵化器能针对企业运营的需求开发部分高层次服务项目,但总体来看,接受过服务的企业比例显著低于有需求意愿的企业比例,孵化服务供需不平衡;在孵企业对孵化服务总体满意度偏低,孵化服务有相当的提高和改进的空间。

The services of the technology business incubator can be divided up into five categories, including twenty-eight items. Questionnaires are used to collect the data of incubator services. The results suggest ： at present, the core services of incubator remain conventional, for instance, place lease, policy consultation, registered agent, and acting approval ; most incubators are able to develop some high level services to meet the demand of enterprises, but, in general, there is a gap between proportion of enterprises that want access to services and the actual proportion of enterprises that have received services. The supply and demand are not balanced. Overall, the satisfaction of incubator service is low, with an average rate of only 34.2 percent. Incubator services still have considerable room for improvement.
