The Radio Resource Occupation and Capacity Analyzing for Multi-Service WLAN Based on Effective Spectral Bandwidth

摘要 文中为WLAN(无线局域网)提出了一种多业务环境下的容量分析方法,分析了多业务数据包占用传输媒介的等效时间,在此基础上建立了多业务WLAN的资源占用模型,给出了资源占用和频谱之间的关系,从而使业务对WLAN的资源占用映射为对频谱的占用,使得在WLAN中的容量分析和在频分复用系统中一样直观可行。 This paper proposes an approach of capacity analyzing for the WLAN systems supporting multimedia services. The effective transmission time of multi-service data packets is analyzed and the resource consuming model in the multimedia WLAN is developed. The relationship between the resource consuming and the spectrum occupying is presented. The resource consuming is thereby mapped into the spectrum occupying, and the capacity analysis in WLAN is straightforward and feasible as in the Frequency Division Multiplexing systems.
