摘要
汽车空调温度混合风门的精确控制是空调设计中的一个难点,本文将凸轮轮廓线的设计与机构受力分析相结合,通过ADAMS软件进行现有机构的仿真模拟,并由此建立参数化模型,对风门控制机构进行优化设计。
The precise control of air mix door in automotive air-conditioner is a difficult problem. This paper combines the design of cam trace with the analysis of force condition. And do dynamic simulation of the current mechanism by ADAMS, then parameterize the model to optimize the control mechanism.
