辐射聚苯乙炔的光导性

EFFECTS OF ^(60)CO γ-RAYS AND ELECTRON-BEAM ON THE PHOTOCONDUCTIVITY OF POLYPHENYLACETYLENE

摘要 本文报道了用^(60)Coγ射线和电子束辐照后,聚苯乙炔的光导性获明显改善。光暗电流比增加近3个数量级。研究讨论了辐照后聚苯乙炔光电导的稳定性。比较研究了两种不同辐射源的辐照效果。 The photoconductivity of polyphenylacetylene (PPA) have been ob-viously improved after PPA irradiation by γ-ray or electron-beam. The photo-currentto dark-current ratios were increased about 3 orders of magnitude. The stability ofphotoconductivity of irradiated PPA are studied. The effects of energy and flux forelectron-beam radiation on tbe photoconductivity of PPA are reported. The effects ofdose and storage period after γ-radiation are also discussed.
