甲状腺相关性眼病双野单中心和双中心适形放疗剂量分布比较

Comparative study on the dose distribution of one-isocenter and two-isocenter in the conformal radiotherapy of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy

目的研究甲状腺相关性眼病适形放疗中双野单中心和双野双中心照射方式的剂量分布。方法采用精确定位技术,通过螺旋CT扫描获取球后靶区及其周围组织的三维数据。结果基于三维治疗计划系统,设计双野单中心适形放疗计划和双野双中心适形放疗计划,计算并比较二者的剂量体积直方图。结论两种适形放疗布野方式,靶区剂量分布和周围正常敏感器官射线受量是相似的。

Objective To compare the dose distribution of one-isocenter and two-isocenter in the conformal radiotherapy of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy. Method Adopting accurate patient immobilization technique, three dimensional data of the target and the other surrounding tissues were acquired by using spired CT screen. Results Based on the three dimensional radiotherapy planning system, the two fields conformal radiotherapy plans with one-isocenter and two-isocenter were designed, the dose-volume histograms were calculated and compared. Conclusion The dose distribution of irradiated target in the two methods is similar during the conformal radiotherapy of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy.
