某医院军队住院患者疾病谱调查

Investigation on the disease spectrum of military inpatients of a hospital

目的调查军队住院患者疾病构成,为提高为部队医疗服务效能、充分利用卫生资源提供依据。方法提取某医院2003～2007年军队住院患者病案首页信息库,参照ICD-9标准对研究对象进行系统分类,而后再进行顺位排列、不同身份的系统病种分布及前五位单病种描述。结果系统分类前五位疾病是呼吸、循环、消化、泌尿生殖系统、损伤和中毒类疾病;前五位单病种是上呼吸道感染、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压、腰椎间盘突出和急性阑尾炎。结论明确了军队各种身份住院患者的常见病,可以给医疗保健机构做好为军服务工作提供参考。

Objective To investigate the disease spectrum of military inpatients, and offer support for improving the efficiency of medical services for the troops, making full use of health resources. Method The samples derived from a hospital from 2003 to 2007 according to ICE-9 were classified, some descriptive statistics of different identity distribution and the top five single disease distribution were made. Result The top five diseases included respiratory, circulatory, digestive, genitourinary diseases, injury and poisoning; and the top five single diseases included upper respiratory tract infection, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, hypertension, lumbar disc herniation and acute appendicitis. Conclusion Above analysis may provide reference for medical care units to better service for military inpatients through defining common diseases of different identity.
