摘要
本文采用溶剂萃取、柱层析和重结晶技术,对金莲花的有效成分进行了分离和纯化。利用显色反应,FTIR,UV—Vis,MS,^1H和^13C NMR等谱学表征手段,对分离纯化出的四种金莲花有效成分进行了分析和鉴定。谱学表征结果表明,四种有效成分分别为:3’,4’,5,7-四羟基黄酮-8-C-β-吡喃葡萄糖甙(1,荭草甙),4’,5,7-三羟基黄酮-8-C-β-吡喃葡萄糖甙(2,牡荆甙),3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸(3,藜芦酸)和β-谷甾醇(4)。
The active components from Trollius chinensis Bunge have been separated and purified by using the technique such as solvent extraction, column chromatography and re-crystallization. Four active components from Trollius chinensis Bunge have been analyzed and identified by color reactions and FTIR, UV-Vis, ^1H, ^13 C NMR, MS analysis. The results of spectra characterization showed that the four compounds 1,2,3,4 are 3',4' ,5,7-tetrahydroxyl-flavoone-8-C-β-glucopyranosyl ( 1, orientin) ; 4',5,7-trihydroxyl-flavone-8-C-β-glucopyranosyl (2, vitexin) ; 3,4-dimethoxyl Benzoic acid ( 3, veratric acid) and β-sitosterol (4), respectively.
