摘要
采用亚临界CO2萃取法萃取广西4个八角主产区八角的挥发油,对其进行气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析,以期得到不同产区八角挥发性成分的更真实信息,筛选出最佳原料产地,促进八角资源的合理开发利用。结果表明:在防城港、玉林、那坡和金秀所产八角果实的挥发油中分别鉴定出82、70、70和69种化合物,其峰面积分别占总峰面积的98.96%、91.83%、99.56%和97.77%;4个产区果实挥发性成分均是以芳香族化合物为主,分别占总量的94.31%、90.59%、95.32%、97.60%;4个产区八角果实挥发油中反式茴香脑的相对含量分别为91.2178%、86.2760%、89.3585%和87.9586%,其中防城港所产八角的挥发油中反式茴香脑的含量最高,八角品质最好。
The star anise oil was extracted in fruits of Illicium verum Hook. f. from four main habitats by subcritical CO2 fluid extraction instead of traditional steam distillation extraction. The extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction pressure and temperature is 7.0 MPa and 22℃ ,the separation pressure Ⅰ and temperature is 7.0 MPa and 30 ℃, the separation pressure Ⅱ and temperature is 5.0 MPa and 25 ℃, respectively, and the extraction time is 2 hours. The experiments were performed on a Varian CP-3800 gas chromatograph with Varian Saturn2000 ion trap mass spectrometer, GC separation was carried out on a CP-wax52 capillary gas chromatographic column(30 m×0.25 mm i. d. ×0.25 μm) at the initial temperature of 80 ℃, hold on 2 min, then program at 5 ℃/min until 250 ℃, hold on 14 min. The split ratio was 50 : 1, and the injector temperature was 260℃, the injection volume was 1μL. Mass spectra were collected in the scan range of m/z 40-350 ainu. All the measurements were performed with EI source, electron energy was 70eV. Relative content of each compound was determined by area normalization. The experimental results indicated that there were 82, 70,70 and 69 species of compounds identified from the star anise oil from Fangchenggang city,Yulin city, Nape county and Jinxiu county, respectively, and their relative contents of trans-anethole which is the main composition in star anise oil from the four habitats mentioned above can reach to 91. 2178% ,86. 2760% ,89. 3585% and 87. 9586%. The quality of the fruits produeted in Fangchenggang city was the best of all for its highest content of trans-anethole.
