高效液相色谱法测定热带经济作物中的叶黄素 被引量:1

摘要 本文建立了用丙酮提取,用WatersC18固相萃取小柱进行净化的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,对热带经济作物中的叶黄素进行含量测定,测定结果表明:叶黄素在1~100mg/L时峰面积与进样质量呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.9997,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5%~4.2%(n=6),试样加标回收率为97.2%-101%,最小检测浓度为0.01mg/kg。测定结果显示:该方法快速、灵敏、可靠,具有简便,重现性好的特点。 The lutein extracted with acetone from the tropical economy crops was determined by high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) method, and purified by the solid phase extraction with waters C18- The determining results showed that there was a good linear calibration curve in the range from 1 to 100 mg/L ( r = 0. 9997 ). The relative standard deviation of sample was 1.5%-4.2% (n = 6), and the recovery of added lutein was 97.2%-101%. The detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg. The results suggested that this method is rapid, sensitive, simple, accurate and reproducible.
