摘要
以香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸为显色体系,采用分光光度法测定无患子总皂苷含量。结果表明,无患子总皂苷在478nm处有最大吸收,在100~300pg范围内吸光度与无患子皂苷质量呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为:A=0.00388m~0.064,r=0.99963。平均加标回收率为104.56%,RSD为3.69%。该方法简便、准确、稳定,是一种快速测定无患子总皂苷的有效方法。
The content of total Sapindus-saponins is determined by spectrophotometry using vanillin-acetic acid-perchlo- rie acid as the chromogenie reagent. The results show that the maximum absorption wavelength of Sapindus-saponins is at 478 nm, and a good linear relationship in the range of 100-300 μg of the total Sapindus-saponins is found, and its regression equation shows to be A = 0. 00388 m - 0. 064 ,r = 0.99963. The average recovery and RSD is 104.56% and 3.69% respectively. This method is simple, accurate and stable, and it could be used for rapid determination of total Sapindussaponins.
