摘要
本文研究了药食同源的植物菊苣中菊苣酸的含量和测定方法。采用反相高效液相色谱法对不同品种、不同产地、不同部位的菊苣中菊苣酸的含量进行测定,分析发现毛菊苣与菊苣中菊苣酸含量存在显著差异,不同部位、不同产地含量也有差异,其中以江苏菊苣地上部分中菊苣酸的含量最高,可达1.05%。实验结果显示菊苣地上部分可用于提取菊苣酸的原料。
In order to compare the contents of chicoric acid of Chicory,including Cichorium glandulosum Boiss Et Hout and C. intybus L. The chicoric acid in various genus, different parts and producing areas was assayed by RP-HPLC. The content of chicoric acid in part of up-ground of C. intybus L. from Jiangsu was highest and showed to be 10.5 mg/g. The results showed that the up-ground part of C. intybus L. was the optimum material for preparing chicorie acid.
