摘要
为了后续紫萍总黄酮分离纯化过程的便利,本文采用壳聚糖乙酸溶液对中药紫萍粗提液进行了絮凝除蛋白的处理,并研究了絮凝过程中壳聚糖加入量、絮凝温度、粗提液pH值和壳聚糖粘度对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,粘度为30Pa·s的壳聚糖,当加入量为待絮凝液体积的6%,絮凝温度为60℃,粗提液pH值为5.5时,除蛋白效果最好,同时对溶液中黄酮类化合物的影响最小。
The flocculation of chitosan on the extract of Spirodela polyrrhiza (L.) Schleid was studied in this paper. The effects of concentration, temperature,pH value and the viscosity of chitosan on flocculation were discussed. The results showed that the optimal conditions for flocculating are as follows : temperature is 60 ℃, pH value is about 5.5 and the viscosity of chitosan was 30 Pa · s.
