摘要
本文参考国内外最新文献,综述了芦丁的来源、用途以及国内有关芦丁的药理研究,包括其结构修饰及构效关系。芦丁分子中心的α、β不饱和吡喃酮是其具有各种生物活性的关键基团,而A、B、C三环的各种取代基则决定了其特定的药效作用,从而决定了其不同生物活性。芦丁构效关系的阐明为芦丁的结构修饰及药物的合成提供了新的思路。
In this paper we refer to the latest literature, summarize the source and use of rutin and the progress of rutin' s pharmacodynamies actions including structural modification and structure-activity relationships. The key of having biological activity is the α,β unsaturated pyran ketone in the centre of molecule and difference of drug activity is decided on it' s A, B, C rings. It makes a new thought for the structural modification and pharmaceutical synthesis through expounding the structure-activity relationships of rutin.
