摘要
本文综述了近年壳聚糖化学改性方面的研究,简要介绍了壳聚糖的物理性质和化学性质,讨论了酰化、酯化、醚化、席夫碱化和季铵化等化学改性方法。简述了壳聚糖的抗菌机理并着重阐述了其各类衍生物在抗菌性能方面的研究。
The research working on chemical modifications of chitosan was summarized. Physicoehemical property of chitosan was reviewed briefly. Some chemical modifications of ehitosan, such as aeylation, esterifieation, etherification, schiff base reaction and quatemization were discussed. The mechanism of antimicrobial activity and the studies on applications of ehitosan derivatives were also simply introduced.
