This paper makes an introduction to the reinforcement project with carbon fiber sheet and discusses the instructions and some common quality problems related to the construction process of this project; and analyzes how to do the acceptance testing of the reinforcement project with carbon fiber sheet. It also gives sug- gestions to the hidden troubles in the current massive market of the reinforcement project with carbon fiber.
