HPLC法测定米格列奈钙及其有关物质 被引量:1

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,室温下使用C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈.0.01moL/L KH2PO4溶液(pH4)(体积比为43:57)为流动相,检测波长为210nm,流速为1.0mL/min,测定米格列奈钙及其有关物质,米格列奈钙的浓度在5~450μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999。还与非水溶液滴定法、元素分析方法对照验证,结果证明该方法适用于米格列奈钙及其有关物质的测定。
