This paper analyzes the planning and construction of the background of the times Wuhan Newport and strategic significance, since the introduction of Wuhan Silvercord siting, Lingang Industrial Distribution characteristics and strategic positioning on the basis of Newport Wuhan to develop a recycling economy and green-focused development of logistics strategy issues.
