With the development of enterprise, products enter global multi-countries markets from single domestic market. Enterprise logistics business meets with more and more complex local/oversea environment and procedures than before. It is very important for logistics dept how to systematically find the internal potential issues in time, and optimize the organization and procedure continually. This article introduces concept, characteristics and detailed targets of logistics internal control, and establishes the third class logistics internal control system model.
