摘要 针对HX_D2电力机车牵引通风机及其电机系统,从系统论的观点说明了系统的功能;根据NSWC98标准,建立了系统的可靠性模型并引用NPRD数据计算出系统的故障率λ和MTBF时间;引用系统中各单元的实际维修时间数据,计算了系统的MTTR和可用度A;根据ASCEAPM和CEIEN50126标准,定义了系统中各单元的全部危险事件、危险源、危险的可能性等级、严重性等级和风险的容忍程度并对系统的风险进行了评价;基于系统的故障树分析,对系统的"散热不良"和"噪声超标"两个顶事件对机车的影响进行了安全性评估;简述了系统的FMECA内容。 In systemic theory, the function of the system of the traction motor fan & its motor is introduced for HXD2 electric locomotive; The reliability model of the system is created based on NSWC98 and the failure rate (λ) & MTBF are calculated based on NPRD data; The MTTR & Availability (A) are calculated based on the site maintain period of every unit in the system; All risk events, risk resources, possible risk level, severe level and risk tolerable level are defined by the standard ASCE APM & CEI EN50126 and the risk of the system is assessed; The safety assessment of two top events of the system (bad cooling and serious noise lead to hazard to the locomotive) by system FTA; The FMECA content is presented.
