首先对传统的交流传动试验台的类型进行了总结,分析了不同试验台的实现原理、控制方法及技术特点。然后对背靠背、交流能量互馈试验台的电气结构、数据采集系统以及试验内容等进行了分析和总结。该试验台可满足交流传动系统及其主要部件的型式试验、例行试验以及研究性试验的要求,具有适用面宽,节能等优点。最后总结了交流传动试验台的主要特点和发展趋势,表明一个技术先进、功能完备、性能优良的交流传动试验台,可以为交流传动系统及其部件的研发、制造、试验以及检验创造良好的条件。
At first, traditional test beds for AC drive are concluded, and the principle, control method and technical characteristics of different test bed are analyzed. The test bed charactered by back - to - back induction motos and AC reciprocal power fed is selected, and the electrical structure, data acquisition and test items are introduced.This test bed meets the requirements of AC drive system and its main components in type test, routine test, and investigation test, and it has advantages such as wide adaptability and power save. At last, the character and development direction of AC drive test bed is concluded. An AC drive test bed with advanced technology, full function, and high performance, can provide good condition to devel- opment, manufacture, test, and certification for AC drive system and its parts.
