摘要
分析了机车旁承的典型结构型式及特点,指出最大运用速度不大于140 km/h的机车,旁承均可以简统为橡胶堆结构。通过适当改变橡胶堆的几何尺寸、配方,可以基本满足不同用途、轴重、速度、曲线半径和总体布置的机车需要,从而减少车架和转向架构架的结构种类,有利于公司生产组织和减少用户运用维护工作量,而且降低机车成本。
This paper analyzes the typical structure and its features of the side bearing used for locomotive, and points out that the rubber pads are available to be used as the side bearing for the locomotive, of which the maximum service speed is 140 km/h or less. If the overall dimensions and ingredients of the rubber pads are prepe by modified, they are able to satisfy the requirements of the locomotives of different application, axle load, speed, curve radius and general arrangements, so the number of types of the main frame and bogie frame can be reduced, that is beneficial to simplifging production organizations decroasing maintenance decrease, and cost reduction for the users.
