摘要
列车纵向动力作用是重载列车运用的关键技术问题,为此对于2万t级重载列车必须应用无线同步控制技术和先进的机车车辆技术装备。根据大秦线2万t列车的试验和仿真研究结果,说明应用Locotrol(无线同步控制)技术改善列车制动性能主要是减轻列车纵向力的作用;并对不同编组重载列车长大下坡道循环制动和紧急制动的纵向最大压钩力进行比较。此外,还提出了重载列车紧急制动的最大纵向压钩力简化计算的验证研究结果。
The longitudinal force of the train is one of the key techniques. For a 20, 000 t heavy haul train, the Locotrol and the advanced equipment of the locomotive and cars must be applied. According to the tests and results of the simulation research on Daqin Line, improving the brake capability with the Locotrol technique is mainly represented by reducing longitudinal force. For various formation types of the heavy haul train, the max longitudinal coupler compression forces of the recycle brake and emergency brake are compared on the long Downhill slope. In addition, the test result of the simpli7 fled calculation is proposed for the max longitudinal coupler compression forces of the heavy haul train during emergency brake.
