层次分析和灰色关联相结合的现场总线评价方法 被引量:8

摘要 针对目前现场总线标准、种类繁多的特点及用户进行选择和评价时所面临的问题,提出了层次分析和灰色关联分析相结合的现场总线评价方法.该方法以现场总线静态性能指标为基础构建现场总线评价指标体系,利用层次分析法依次递阶建立判断矩阵并求解,从而得出影响现场总线评价的各个指标的权重;将该权重应用于灰色加权关联度的计算,以便与参考序列之间关联度最大的总线评价对象作为最终的优选对象;通过某制造自动化企业的应用实例对该方法进行了验证,结果表明,所提出的现场总线评价方法可以有效地缩小主观认识和客观实际的差距,因此也更具合理性和可行性. To deal with features of various fieldbus standards and types as well as the selection and evaluation problems confronting users, a fieldbus evaluation method combining analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis was developed. In developing this method, a fieldbus evaluation index hierarchy was constructed based on fieldbus static performance index. A iudging matrix was then established and solved through analytic hierarchy process. A weight for each index which effects the evaluation of the fieldbus was determined accordingly. This weight was then applied to the calculation of weighting grey correlation degree, and the fieldbus evaluation object which has maximal correlation degree with the reference sequence was taken as the final optimum object. Finally, the method was tested by applying it to an enterprise engaged in the automated manufacturing. The results indicate that the proposed fieldbus evaluation method effectively reduces the difference between subjective opinion and objective reality; hence, it is reasonable and practical.
