摘要
本文描述了利用UG软件的Curve曲线功能模块绘制齿轮渐开线到方法,包括编程法和直接绘制法。其中编程法利用java编制出小程序求出渐开线上的点的坐标值,然后利用Curve模块的spline绘制;直接绘制法利用Expression将渐开线的数学公式转换为UG所能识别的表达式之后,利用cunre模块的Law Curve绘制。比较了两种方法绘制的曲线,最后进行了齿轮的实体建模。
This article described methods of drawing gear involute by UG software's Curve function module, including programming method and direct drawing method. Programming method is written a small program by Java to calculate the points coordinate on the involute, and then draw the involute by Spline. After the direct drawing method is changed the involute equation to UG expression by Expression, draw the involute by Law Curve. Compared the involute drawn by two methods, the modeling of gear is created in the end.
