广西气象影视设备、人力等资源优势能否在广告设计、策划与制作方面进行深挖掘,特此提出自己的思考和建议。
Based on the current equipment and the resource advantage such as manpower and so on, from Guangxi weather video and audio center, some suggestions on advertisement design, plan and eidt process were advanced.
