In the 1940s,the translation and introduction of modern Chinese literature in RUK revolve the following aspects,such as the close attention to Lu Xun and his works,literary studies and the drama performance to the public. The article aims to categorize these activities and explores the translators＇ understanding of modern Chinese literature as well as the evolution of their ideas in translating work.
