摘要
法科专门大学院的设立,使韩国开始了新的法学教育之路。现介绍和分析韩国法科专门大学院的设立方案,旨在为中国的法学教育的改革与法律人才的培养提供一些启示。
The establishment of special law schools paves the way ior ROK＇s new legal eaucauon. The article introduces and analyzes ROK＇s plan for the establishment of special law schools,so as to provide some enlightenment for the reform of China＇ s legal education as well as the cultivation of its legal service personnel.
