农民工权益保障中存在的问题及对策

农民工是在我国经济转型过程中形成的一种特殊的劳动力群体,是我国工业化和城镇化进程中产生的独特社会现象。农民工在我国经济建设中发挥着巨大的作用,然而他们的合法权益却没有得到应有的保障,如就业权、社会保障权、教育发展权、民主政治权等。目前应加强从法律上对农民工权益的保障。

Migrant Workers are a special work force in China＇s economic transformational period, and they represent a special phenomenon in China＇s industrialization and urbanization.Though they play an enormous role in China＇s economic construction, their legal rights and interests are not well protected,in- cluding their rights in employment, social security,education and politics.At present,migrant workers should be legally protected for their rights and interests.
