河蚬提取物对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究河蚬提取物对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用灌胃给予乙醇或腹腔注射四氯化碳(CCl4)方法制备小鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型,检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性、肝脏指数。结果连续6d灌胃给予15.0,30.0,60.0mg/(kg·d)的河蚬提取物能明显抑制肝损伤小鼠血清ALT及AST活性的升高(P<0.05),降低增加的肝脏指数。结论河蚬提取物对四氯化碳及乙醇引起的小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。 Objective To study the protective effect of extract of corbicula fluminea on acute chemicalinduced liver injury mice. Methods The Injured liver models were made by injecting carbon tetraehloride(CCh) intraperitoneally and induced with ethanol by gastric gavage. The levels of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and the liver weight index were measured. Results The extract of corbicula fluminea lowered the level of ALT and AST in serum significantly( P 〈 0.05) and decreased the enlarged liver when the oral administration dosages were 15.0, 30.0 and 60. 0 mg/(kg · d) respective for consecutive 6 d. Conclusion The extract of corbicula fluminea could protect the liver from acute injury by CCl4 and ethanol.
