加味银翘片质量控制方法研究

The Quality Control of Jiawei Yinqiao Tablets

目的建立加味银翘片的质量控制方法。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别方中栀子、牛蒡子、连翘、薄荷和金银花;用反相高效液相色谱法测定成品的栀子苷含量。结果鉴别方法简便、专属;定量方法简便、准确,栀子苷进样量在0.048～0.767μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999982,平均回收率为97.98%,RSD为1.57%(n=6)。结论定性、定量方法可有效控制加味银翘片的质量。

Objective To establish the method for quality control of Jiawei Yinqiao Tablets. Methods TLC was performed to identify Gardenia, Fructus arctii, Forsythia, Mint and Honeysuckle in the tablets preparations. HPLC was used to determine the content of Gardenoside. Results The TLC identification was highly specific. The method of content determination was simple and accurate. The linearity of Gardenoside was obtained over the range of 0. 048-0. 767 μg（r=0. 999 982）. The average recovery rate of Gardenoside was 97.98% with RSD of 1.57%. Conclusion This method is effective in the quality control of Jiawei Yinqiao Tablets.
