摘要
目的建立测定愈创维林那敏片中枸橼酸喷托维林含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用AgilentC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.05mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液(含三乙胺0.05%,用磷酸调pH至3.0)-甲醇(50∶50),流速1mL/min,检测波长210nm,柱温30℃。结果枸橼酸喷托维林质量浓度在10.08~100.8mg/L的范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为99.87%,RSD=0.26%(n=9)。结论HPLC法灵敏、快速、准确,可用于愈创维林那敏片的枸橼酸喷托维林含量测定。
Objective To establish the HPLC method for the content determination of Pentoxyverine Citrate in Guaifenesin Pentoxyverine Citrate and Chlorphenamine Maleate Tablets. Methods The Agilent C,s column (150 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was 0.05 mmol/L sodium heptanesulfonate(containing 0. 1% triethylamine, and adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid)-methanol (50:50). The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The wavelength of detection was 210 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of pentoxyverine citrate was 10.08 - 100. 8 mg/L ( r = 0. 999 9, n = 6). The average recovery rate was 99.87%, RSD = 0.26% ( n = 9). Conclusion The method is sensitive, fast and accurate. It can be used for the determination of pentoxyverine citrate in Guaifenesin Pentoxyverine Citrate and Chlorphenamine Maleate Tablets.
