正交试验法优选金荞麦的提取工艺 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究金荞麦的最佳提取工艺。方法以(-)-表儿茶素含量为指标,采用正交试验法考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间3个因素对提取效果的影响。结果金荞麦的最佳提取工艺是乙醇浓度50%、料液比1∶12、提取时间1h、提取2次。结论最佳工艺简单合理可用于金荞麦的提取,适于产业化大生产。 Objective To study the optimum extraction technology for rhizoma fagopyri dibotryis. Methods The orthogonal test was used, in which the output of ( - ) - epicatechin was regarded as the examining target and the influence of three factors in the extraction of effective substance were studied. The three factors were the concentration of ethanol, the ratio of material to liquid and the time of extraction. Results The optimum extraction technology for rhizoma fagopyri dibotryis was established as follows: the ethanol concentration of 50% , ratio of material to liquid 1:12, extraction time 1 h,twice. Conclusion The optimum technology is applicable for extraction of rhizoma fagopyri dibotryis. The optimized technology is stable, practical and worthy of industrial production.
