男性慢性心力衰竭患者的性激素水平变化 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨男性血清性激素水平与男性慢性心力衰竭的关系。方法用化学发光法分别测定68例男性慢性心力衰竭患者和25例健康体检男性成人的血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)及E2/T水平。结果男性慢性心力衰竭患者的性激素水平处于失衡状态,其E2和E2/T比值显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),而T水平显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论睾酮水平降低和雌激素水平升高是男性慢性心力衰竭发病的危险因素。
