摘要 在考虑载重车辆轮胎材料非线性、接触非线性以及大变形等复杂力学特性基础上,依据有限元理论,借助Pro/E与ANSYS软件,对载重车辆轮胎进行有限元研究,获得轮胎在多种工况条件下受力及工作性能状况,为进一步进行子午线轮胎动态接触分析和结构优化设计奠定了基础。 In this paper, taken the material non-linearity, geometric non-linearity and contact non-linearity into account,a three - dimensional nonlinear finite element model for truck tire is constructed and used in this numerical study,the finite element reseach is accomplished for the heavy-duty vehicle tyres by means of software Pro/E and ANSYS according to finite element theory, the stress conditions and work performance are achieved for the tyres in a variety of working conditions, thus laying the foundation for the further dynamic contact analysis and structure optimal design for the heavy-huty vehicle tyres.
