摘要
为减少城市道路交通事故的发生,采用道路安全当量事故指标层次分析法对运营或整改后的城市道路各项事故指标进行安全评价,得到每条道路危险度表,为城市道路交通安全管理决策提供科学依据,确保城市道路交通系统安全功能的充分发挥。
In order to reduce the dangerous which the urban road traffic produce to the people＇s life and possession, through urban road safety the targets of equivalent accidents analytic hierarchy process to evalue the operational or reconstructed road traffic accident targets, we get the dangerous degree of road form, which provides partially safety management with scientific elements insures that can make full use of the function of road traffic system.
