在现有条件下为了获得决策单元更多的信息,使评价者和决策者对决策单元的相对效率做出更客观、更能满足人们愿望和要求的评价和决策,在数据包络分析理论的基础上引入期望值的概念,建立基于"期望值"的数据包络分析模型,并结合专业知识给出了实例应用,进而使评价者和决策者做出更合理、更有效的评价和决策。

In order to gain more information about decision-making units,let evaluators and decision-makers make more objective and satisfactory evaluation and decision under existing conditions, this paper introduce the concept of expected value on the basis of data envelopment analysis theory and establish data envelopment analysis models based on the ＂expected value＂, also give a testing example combing professional knowledge so as to let evaluators and decision-makers make more reasonable and effective evaluation and decision.
