临床医学专业学位教育中的问题与思考

Problems and Consideration of Academic Degree Education of Clinical Medicine

临床医学专业学位教育是我国培养临床医生的重要途径,实行临床医学专业学位试点工作为我国医疗卫生行业输送了大批优秀医学人才。目前此项工作面临培养目标不一;培养过程、要求与国家相关法律、法规要求不匹配等问题。针对产生这些问题的根源,需要政府部门积极协调,建立合理有效的评估机制,严格培养过程管理,以促进医学专业学位教育的发展。

The academic degree education of clinical medicine is an important pathway for clinical doctor training in China. Through this mode on trial many excellent doctors were trained. However, there are some problems in the education： the goal is not unified, and the training process and requirements do not match the related laws and regulations of our country. Governmental departments should coordinate with each other, establish an effective evaluation system, and intensify management of training process to promote the development of academic degree education of clinical medicine.
