摘要
针对传统医学研究生教学模式的缺陷,以PBL教学法在国内、外医学院校的教学实践为基础,根据不同学历层次的学生群体间的差异,分析了在我国医学研究生教学中引入PBL教学法的可行性,PBL教学法是提高我国医学研究生培养质量的有效手段,并针对研究生群体的教学特点,重点对具体的教改实施方式进行了初步探讨。
This paper analyzed the problems in traditional medical graduate education. Based on the practice of problem-based learning (PBL) in medical education and students' different characteristics with various educational backgrounds, we analyzed the feasibility of applying PBL in graduate medical education in China. We concluded that PBL is an effective way to improve the quality of medical graduates. Finally, we gave some suggestions on how to implement PBL in practice.
