Four-dimensional Thinking of Perfecting College Students' Personality from the Perspective of the Ideological and Political Theory Course

健全人格是大学教育的重要目的。思想政治理论课应充分挖掘其中的人文精神,从四个维度塑造学生健全人格:通过理论教学坚定学生正确的价值观念和崇高的理想信念;通过思维训练启发学生客观的自我认知和辩证的自我评价;通过挫折教育锻造学生坚韧的意志品质和良好的心理素质;通过实践教学培养学生良好的团队精神和适应社会的各种能力。

Sound personality is an important goal of university education. The ideological and political theory course should shape students＇ sound personality from the four dimensions by fully tapping the humanistic spirit： consolidating students＇ correct values and lofty ideals and beliefs through theory teaching; inspiring their＇ objective self-awareness and dialectic self-evaluation through training in way of thinking; forging their tenacious will and good mental quality through education in setbacks; through developing their team spirit and society-adapting ability through teaching practice.
