Problems and Countermeasures of Practice Teaching Management for Undergraduates of Clinical Medicine

目前临床实践教学面临医患关系紧张、学校招生规模不断扩大、就业压力日趋严峻、考研比例不断增加、教师教学积极性不高等多种因素的影响,基于问题的存在,我们采取了一系列有效措施,取得了良好效果。

Currently clinical practice teaching is affected by many factors such as tense doctor-patient relationship, expanded school enrollment, growing employment pressure, the increasing proportion of students taking graduate entrance exams, and teachers＇ lack of enthusiasm in teaching. In view of these problems, we have adopted a series of effective measures and achieved good results.
