摘要
目的探讨病例分析在实验诊断学实验教学中的应用及效果。方法压缩部分不必要实验课时,引入病例分析,教师给出病例,学生分组讨论,由代表发言,最后由教师进行点评总结。结果实验班与对照班相比较,在病例分析考核与期末病例分析题的得分差异有显著性意义。结论病例分析有助于培养学生的临床思维能力,使学生对实验诊断学知识的掌握更系统化。
Objective To discuss the application and effectiveness of case analysis in experiment teaching of laboratory diagnostics. Methods We reduced unnecessary teaching hours of experiments and introduced case analysis in experiment classes. In class, the teacher just listed the cases to the students, let them discuss the cases and asked one student representative to speak, and finally made comments and drew conclusion. Results Compared with the control class, the experimental class had scored significantly dif- ferently in the case analysis test and the final case analysis test item. Conclusion Case analysis helps develop students ' clinical thinking and make their knowledge of laboratory diagnostics more systematic.
