The clinical manifestation, onset time and relationship between steroid dosage and incidence of femoral head necrosis were described. This article also pointed out it is important for cooperation among different specialists, which may be helpful to reduce the incidence of osteonecrosis and to get more patients to be diagnosed and treated early.
