新生儿胃肠功能障碍在多器官功能障碍中占有重要地位，在很多危重症的病程中均可出现，重度缺氧是引起新生儿胃肠功能障碍的主要原因，细胞因子和氧自由基损伤参与其发病机制。但目前新生儿胃肠功能障碍的发病机制尚未完全明了，其诊断还缺乏统一而完善的标准，缺乏客观的实验室检查指标，亦尚无统一治疗方案．随着研究的不断深入，相信诊治此类疾病将会不断取得新进展。

Neonatal gastrointestinal dysfunction plays an important role in multiple organ dysfunction ,which present in the course of many critical illness. Neonatal gastrointestinal dysfunction is caused by severe hypoxia mainly,and cytokines and oxygen free radicals took part in its pathogenesis. However. the pathogenesis of neonatal gastrointestinal dysfunction is not yet fully clear, the diagnosis is lack of a unified and comprehensive standard and objective indicators of laboratory tests, and the treatments have not be unified. With the deepening of the study, we believe that the diagnosis and treatment will progress and improve continuously.
