Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction in Elderly Patients

摘要 术后认知功能障碍是手术后常见的一种并发症,尤其是在老年患者中。常导致病死率增加、康复延迟、其他并发症增多、住院天数延长和医疗费用的增加等。现就老年患者术后认知功能的发病率、相关因素和发病机制、诊断、预防和治疗予以简要综述。 Postoperative cognitive dysfunction is a common complication of surgery, especially in elderly patients. It usually leads to increased mortality, delayed recovery, increased other complications, prolonged duration of patients in hospital and increased cost of medical treatment. This article reviews the incidence, risk factors and pathogenesis, diagnosis, preventive strategies and treatment of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients.
