Research on the International Services Transfer:Microcosmic Perspective

随着国际分工的基本层面从行业间、产品间深入到产品内部不同的工序、区段、环节和流程,世界经济正在经历着新一轮的全球化浪潮,即服务全球化。服务全球化时代,跨国公司已经成为国际经济的主角;以跨国公司为微观载体的服务业国际转移正在深刻改变着世界经济旧有的产业布局。

As the international specialization developed from inter-industry, inter-product to the process and linkages of production of various goods （ i. e. , intra-product specialization） , the world economy has been seeing a new wave of globalization, that is, service globalization. In the era of service globalization, transnational corporations （TNCs） are playing a predominant role in the international economy. The international service transfer （IST） by TNCs has greatly reshaped the old industrial structure of world economy. This paper will expose the IST＇ s microcosmic motivations as well as its benefits through the phenomenon of TNCs＇ transnational operations, so as to grasp the latent law of IST by TNCs, which would possess great significance both theoretically and practically for China＇ s government to take over IST on the level of policy-making.
