城市安全发展的脆弱性研究——基于地下空间综合利用的视角

Research on City Vulnerability to Safe Development——Based on an Angle of Underground Space Utilization

城市化水平的提高使得城市脆弱性问题日益严重,包括城市发展带来的结构型脆弱性问题和自然、人为灾变因素引起的胁迫型脆弱性问题。作为目前未被充分利用的自然资源,地下空间的开发利用为解决城市脆弱性问题提供了新的途径,即利用地下空间加强城市内在安全性和利用地下空间完善城市防灾空间体系。

The development of urbanization increases city vulnerability. City vulnerability includes structural vulnerability caused by the urban development and forced vulnerability caused by natural and human disasters. As a kind of natural resource not exploited fully by far, the development of underground space is a new approach to solve the problem of city vulnerability. That is, the development of underground space can improve the internal safety of a city and perfect the space system of city disaster prevention.
